My experience with ultraa albums was hassle free. The best part is they have the whole package.. the wide range of printing options, beautiful packaging options for how you want to present your album, and the print quality is top notch. If you are looking for a luxurious album within a decent price range this is the place. Highly recommended.
I have had really bad experience with these guys. Definitely want to point their mistakes out here since they would only argue when we started to discuss:1- They literally printed our wedding photo on canvas. Like who on earth does that??? It looked so faded and unreal.2- Whoever worked with us- highly unprofessional and rude3- They didn’t even see if all photos looked good before printing the final album. One of our relatives photos is printed blurred.4- The formatting of entire album was to be honest looked 90’s in the first edition. We had to ask them to change like million things. They couldn’t even understand what’s the recent trend or i guess we didn’t get experienced people.5- Album formatting seemed like copied from some work and we had to ask to remove some uneven symbols which too is still there in the final printed album.6- ultimately we had to bear the cost of even delivering the album 😬Would also appreciate that they delivered in less than 7 days, so thats definitely one good thing.Overall album printing looks fine but customer service is just as bad.
